Catchhelp pokémon

Pokémon recently talked on twitter about the many legendary pokes in Ultra and how to prepare for catching them. What peeked my interest the most was the Smeargle they mentioned that was build to make it easy to catch pokémon with moves like:
    Natures madness
    spore
    taunt
    false swipe

Now I was wondering if there are any other pokémon that could be good for this job ... because I'm not a smeargle fan.
I was thinking about Zoroark because it's one of my more liked pokemon but the biggest issue I have with Zoroark is that its made out of paper ... it literally dies after a single hit :(

I'm looking for one that's good at the catch 'em job as well as still decent in regular battles.
Obviously I prefer one that fits my taste but feel free to name any pokémon with any type of build that could do both ... thanks in advance :D

I personally use Gallade with False Swipe, Thunder Wave, and two other moves.
Sometimes I'll run Hypnosis instead since can hit Electric and Ground types unlike TWave, but the down side is it has lower accuracy (60%).

If you have Pokemon Bank, I would also suggest Breloom, since it can also learn Spore and is decent overall. Parasect can also do the job and is readily available in gen 7, but has significantly lower attack.

Been googling a bit and you pretty much listed most of what I've found.
While most people do seem to lean towards Smeargle the others have been listed quite a few times as well ... so far not a single decent pokémon that really fits my style :(
Was checking if maybe Braixen would work since she can learn hypnosis but that's about it. No almost-but-not-kill move
