    To get the legendary dog do u have to try to catch it straight after u beat the elite 4 the first time? because i beat the elite 4 ( improved version) and i can't find him i looked for about an hour and used like fourty max repels and still could not find him
     
    This should be asked in the Simple Questions thread that is sticked at the top. The Legendary Dog begins roaming Kanto once you have the National Pokedex. If you already have the NP, then it is just bad luck. Try again another day.
