Champions may be phased out for Kahunas

I think this is a major fact a lot of people haven't talked about -- or they expect a Champion to await them when the astonishing fact Kahunas may outrun Champions is very real. How do you feel the public will receive this and do you think it will affect how others perceive the game?

Actually, I think there may be a champion. Prof. Kukui says we would become Champion of the Island Trials, so that may mean that we do have a champion.

Also, in the Pokemon Demo, a female character is mentioned, I forget the name. But it is said that she is an extremely powerful trainer and is currently traveling around and conquering other regions. She is also a golf genius.

She could be the last Trial Captain that we haven't seen, as I think we have seen 6 of them and all 4 kahunas. But by the way the person praises her and by what they say about her, I think she in the 'Champion' place holder.

Her name is Kahili I think. For her being a trial captain is rather unlikely since she often traveling around, and by logic trial captains are way more busier than a Champion (same as gym leaders I suppose). She could very well be the Champion here (GF won't randomly slap some names in the demo right? or they decide to do the ultimate troll...)
