Download the attached file in this post and extract it. Inside will be the NLZ program, open it.
Open your ROM on it and then go to offset D9862C, click Load Raw, select the raw you
extracted from the attached file of this post. Now check the Repoint option, on the current offset
for an offset with free space, then click OK.
Now click Write to rom, open your rom hack and check out the change.

Now go to offset 61CCDE and type this: 0E 14 06 06 2D 02 00 0B 09 12 04 06 E5 01
