[Other] Change/remove Emerald title screen flashing lights?

    Hey everyone!

    I've seen just about every tutorial on changing the title sequence, but no mention of the flashing white/green lights at the very beginning.

    Could someone point me in the right direction for changing that aspect?
     
    Thank you, any chance you would know that for vanilla emerald, not pokeemerald?
