[ASM & Hex✓] Change the STAB multiplier in FireRed

    Hey, thanks to the tutorials I was able to change the super efficiency multiplier from 2x to 1.5x but I still wanted to reduce the STAB from 1.5x to 1.3 or 1.2. Does anyone know what address is the byte to change this? I'm referring to FireRed but if anyone knows for Emerald that would also be helpful.
