SO WHAT WE DO IS ADD VOWELS UNTIL WE CAN PRONOUNCE THAT LITTLE DEMON

and for the linguistically apt people here you can change the letter to something that it sounds like (e.g. f to v, s to sh, etc.) but that's the only thing you can do other than advancing the letter one.
