Change wild Pokemon and Trainer Pokemon in 4th Gen

    Hey guys,
    I'm planning to make a new version of platinum or HG/SS and I'm looking for a tool to change wild pokemon and trainer pokemon.
    Is there a program that can do this? I hope someone can help me.
    (sorry for bad english)
     
    DSPRE, aka DS Pokemon ROM Editor can do that. It's very intuitive to use, but if you need help I suggest to watch Jay-San tutorial videos.
