[Graphics] Changing Developer Logo - Help!

I'm developing a rom hack with a group we call "Elite Games" and so we wanted to put our logo intead of the Gamefreak logo. However, ours is horizontal, not vertical. We've designed the logo on HexManiacAdvance, changing the "Tile Size" value from 4x8 to 8x4.
This allowed us to draw it as a horizontal image. However, the game still reads it as a vertical one. Hence how this monstrocity came to be.

Please help me resize the image correctly so that the game understands that the height and the width are swapped.
