Changing Encounter Locations

    Apologies if this has been asked (Im sure it has) but Im having trouble figuring out how to do this.

    I use the above instructions to get a base fire red with 800+ pokemon in it. Thats cool and all, but I have no idea how to change pokemon encounter locations.

    Because theres more than gen 3, Advance map 1.92 cant be used (if it can Id love to know how).If I have to do it a more complicated way Im totally willing to learn, but having a lot of trouble even locating a guide or tutorial on what I need to do.

    Not sure if this is super simple and Im just googling the wrong thing, or if its complicated and I cant find resources on it for a good reason.
