[Other] Changing headbutt trees in HGSS?

    I tried to find this in the common documentation but no luck. I'm looking to modify headbutt tree pokemon in HGSS (both levels and pokemon themselves). So far I've only been using PPRE but I'm very open to learning new programs if need be. Thanks for the help.
