[Graphics] Changing Pokemon Emerald Title Screen (Assisstance Needed)

    Hiya, I'm following an old tutorial on changing the Emerald title screen. https://www.pokecommunity.com/threads/283345
    Its a great tutorial, but my final result is coming out looking quite glitchy. Does anyone know if i have made a common mistake or know of a fix?
