3rd Gen Chansey Evolving

Well I can't seem to evolve my chansey in my old LeafGreen.
I Tried everthing, like items, protien, soothe bell, grooming, exp share.
Can someone help?​

I'm pretty sure she only evolves into Blissey in pokemon D/P

LG/FR are remakes of Red and Blue

So pokemon 1 - 151?

Blissey was first introduced in Gold and Silver
So you can only evolve blissey in G/S, R/S/E and D/P

well, of course you can't evolve your chansey. (well, probably, assuming you haven't completed the game)

but you can evolve it in leafgreen to get a blissey. just not yet.
you probably have the kanto pokedex right now. (1-151)
blissey is in the national pokedex, so beat the elite four and go to prof oak having owned 60 pokemon from kanto, and he'll give you and your rival the national dex. then go get it groomed or whatever (its happiness is probably already maxxed out) and level it up, if you have the national it'll evolve.

Well I have the national Dex. And, I have groomed it many times.
I have given her many items and soothe bell. Which should help. But, it still won't evolve.

Finally my chansey evolved.
But at a late level.
Level 40
Though, I might make a baby and evolve it.
