Lusterpurge[I only have it over psychic because I like how it looks :P ]

I know I need psychic,but I just love how luster purge looks!I use him to sweep through everything that gets in my way,a standard boltbeam helps him get though mostly everything,I kill fighting types with lusterpurge,and since he has such a high speed and Sp.Attack he usually takes out 70% of their hp and almost always strikes first.

So, whats the point of posting it then? You seem to know what your doing and if its GBA againt the CPU then the moves don't matter at all.

Calm mind will make your latios a decent sweeper. :D
