    Okay, I'm not really the best artist. I mostly just draw for the fun of it. I haven't actually practiced enough to become really good. Anyway, I decided I would post a gallery just to show off my skills and let people see how good awful I am. :P

    Drawings via iPad:

    Spoiler:

    Traditional Drawings:

    Spoiler:

    I draw mostly OCs or my own characters. I rarely ever draw anime and stuff because it's far too much of a challenge. :[ I've been working on becoming a better artist, but I don't even know where to start or what's the most easiest step to try first. ><

    I might be able to help. Get the ol' brain running, because its certainly been on autopilot for the last few months (especially after Pokemon Y was released). What are you looking to do?

    I do agree, anime, at least anime humans, tend to be difficult for me to draw as well, but the style has certainly infused itself into my own when it comes to drawing Pokemon. That said, you'd eventually want to draw in your own way, and not somebody else's anyhow. I really wish art schools would emphasize that more as opposed to moulding them into Disney cogs.

    What am I going on about again? Oh yes, right. Are you looking to get better with people? Animals? Cartooning? Life like illustrations? I have a resource for almost anything... even if I haven't really used them in years.

    I'm not really sure, that's the thing. D: I mean my most important thing to work would probably be shading and clothing folds, but I have yet to find an easier way to do that.

    TBH Clothing usually comes last. When you're designing a character or just drawing the human body, you tend to work on layers, even if subconsciously. If you're trying to draw for a medical book, you'd basically start with the skeleton and start attaching muscle, and so on. It's... not an efficent way to work if you're an animator. XD;

    Simplified, you'd want to make sure your drawings are solid and have form. Get the anatomy down, make sure the pose is strong and conveys some kind of feeling. You overlay all the moving parts afterwords, especially anything that would have a secondary motion, which would include clothing. It seems like a lengthy process, but your work stands out stronger all for doing it.

    Wow, it's all coming back to me, eh? I knew years of information was in there somewhere...

    Just my opinion, I'd personally start with... gestures? It's a simple start. Anyone else want to weigh in? Am I starting off too advanced?
