Choose Your Own Adventure!-[Pallet-Revamped!]

Everyone here knows how the "Choose you own adventure" threads work, I post something and you guys vote for what happens! First to 3 votes happens!​

But the start of this adventure is a little different....
You will vote for -Gender -Name -Starter
(For the name you guys create it and w/e I like best or gets most votes wins)

You wake up and look at your clock and see its 9am, you remember that something important is suspose to happen today but you can't remember what. You lay in bed for a couple of minutes before deciding to get up. You get out of your bed and get dressed and decide to check the weather outside. When you open your window blinds you see a couple kids near Prof. Oaks lab and suddenly it hits you! You are suspose to get your first pokemon 15minutes ago, you rush out of the door and go to the lab, he tells you he only has 4 pokemon left, what do you do?​

Prof. Oak says "Candace, hurry and make your choice." and you grab a pokeball "I choose you charmander!" "That pokemon is a great choice indeed, it may be a little hard to train at times, but its worth the effort!" You leave the lab seeing your mom waiting outside, she tells you she loves you and hopes you have fun on your journey. You leave Pallet town and head down route 1. You are greeted by 2 strange people who ask you to join their organization, Team Rocket, what do you do?​

A) Join Team Rocket? (Go on an alternate journey)
B) Fight them? (Train Charmander 3 levels)
C) Run back to Pallet town to get help? (Set a bad example for your pokemon)
