    should I risk this:?

    Hack: Clone Pokemon And Items
NOTE: This hack method involves putting your stored game data at risk (you are turning off the GBA at crucial points when the save game is most vulnerable to being scrapped by your own stupidity). You follow through with this hack at your own risk.

To clone a Pokemon put it in an empty box. Then switch from the box you have the pokemon you want to clone to another box (not the pokemon but the box you are using) when it says to save, save but turn the GameBoy off when you see the period at the end of the message that says, "Don't turn off the power". If you did it correctly (and with a little luck) when you turn the power back on the pokemon should be both in your deck and in the box you put it in. Also if the pokemon is holding an item it will also be cloned.

sob - i dunno wot to do

i use that all the time on gold? i didn't know it asks you to save on r/s/e

This only worked in GSC and possibly RBY. In the Advanced generation, cloning doesn't work anymore I'm afraid.

The incredibly intelligent, Synchronize has answered you question skillfully as always.
