hey I'm pretty new at this and would just like to know what kind of format coding does this forum take and how do you resize images, for example I know posting and image is

but how do I manipulate the size! I've tried many different forms but can't seem to get it

Size goes from the number 1 to the number 7. (Outdated, I know.)
