    Which team did you use for most of the game? Here's the pokemon I picked:

    Meganium
    Umbreon
    Espeon
    Ampharos
    Suicune
    Entei

    They seemed very well balanced for the most part. I managed to win most battles with little difficulty. :)
     
    Most of game:

    Raikou
    Flygon
    Espeon
    Meganium
    Suicune
    Entei

    End of game, with a boost from Ruby:
    Groudon
    Wailren
    Flygon
    Metagross
    Manetric
    Meganium
     
    for me, this is the team that has never lost a battle...

    Umbreon
    Espeon
    Mantine
    Flygon
    Amphorous (sp.?)
    Typhlosion

    Very tough team; beat the last part of the game when they were barely on level 48.
     
    Nowhere?

    I'm pretty sure you get Ho-Oh by purifying all 48 snagged pokemon and winning 100battles in mt battle, but there is no Lugia.
