Colosseum and XD Mt. Battle Area Leaders

Does anyone happen to know what each of the Mt. Battle Area Leaders look like? I can only remember Area 1's in both games is the guy you save from the Cipher Admin with Entei in Colosseum, Area 3's in XD is a female Supertrainer with red outfit, and that Area 10's is a blonde Bodybuilder with a mustache. I let two different friends borrow my Colosseum and XD discs and cannot check myself, and would really appreciate it if someone could help.
