Okay, since poster failed to give information on what he's talking about, I did a little recon:

TPPC Online RPG is an online RPG similar to PokemonCrater. You click a picture, hope you find a Pokemon, and if you want it, you click the "Catch this Pokemon" button on the bottom. 100% rate, I believe.

You can teach any Pokemon any move you like.

You use their online currency to upgrade your Pokemon and battle other trainers. There are "Dark" Pokemon and "Shiny" Pokemon, which cost $500,000, so potentially, they aren't special at all.

So, it makes everything uber - making everything equal in a way.

Also, be sure to go to his/her site. It will make you Lol since they claim they drew Sugimori art of Entei and Raikou, and a stolen image of Suicune from Arkeis.com. Actually, alot of the contents are plagiarized - like the "game cheats" page - it's from GameFAQs.
