there is a special order for the manga stories or it goes like every story for itself??

It goes through the chronological order of the games:

Red, Blue, Green
Yellow
Gold, Silver, Crystal
Ruby, Sapphire
FireRed, LeafGreen
Emerald
Diamond, Pearl
Platinum
HeartGold, SoulSilver.

And in volume order, too. Although, I think you can read R/S without reading the preceding arcs, and skip it to read FR/LG?
