    Hello!

First, let me apologize if asking this breaks any rules or otherwise creates any issues. I checked a few of the PokeCommunity forums and didn't see any rules against it, and this seemed like the most appropriate one to post in.

I'm looking to pay someone to make (what I consider to be) a fairly simple hack. So simple that I'm sure many will tell me to just make it myself (I've been trying) but to be honest I just don't have an interest in learning such a specific skill set for this one-off purpose. I've tried following every guide I can find on this forum and elsewhere, but I keep hitting gaps that I have been unable to overcome. So, I'm hoping someone with knowledge and experience can help me get what I'm looking for and be compensated for their work.

    Features I Want

    Kanto Map with minimal alterations
I'm not looking for anything huge, in fact, if the final version had no map alterations whatsoever I'd be fine with it. Even better, if the final version allowed me to make my own changes in Advance Map (including making changes to wild Pokemon locations) that would be ideal.

If it were feasible, it would be amazing if a couple new areas could be added in (for example, a new field area to the East of Viridian City). It would be even more amazing if a whole region (Johto or Hoenn) could be add and playable after completing Kanto/Sevii, but again that's by no means an expectation as I assume that would be a pretty huge ask. Pay would increase for such a significantly more challenging task.

    Minor Story Alterations
Change some of the dialogue in certain sections (mostly Gym Leader dialogue). I will provide the dialogue changes and where I want them to fit in. Beyond that, maybe a few new trainers or things to freshen up the game a bit, but again not looking for anything big.

    Additional Pokemon
First, I'd like if all Gen 1 Pokemon were obtainable in the game (no trade Pokemon, etc.). On top of that, I'd like to get some Pokemon from Gens 2-8 into the game (I know Gen 8 is still new so I'm really not too concerned about getting any of those Pokes). I've made a list of the Pokemon I would really like to see in the game and it's under 400, and I think the absolute max I'd even care to have would be around 500, so hopefully that's not a significant issue.

    General QOL Upgrades
Nothing that I haven't seen before in previous hacks. Things like: National Dex early in the game (or whatever allows me to catch/evolve any Pokemon starting no later than Pewter City); maybe some updated attacks, abilities, stats, etc. (honestly don't even care too much about that); potentially some other small things but again nothing groundbreaking.

    As bug-free as possible
I'm sure this is the goal of any hack, but I want the play experience to be as smooth as it can be. If that means sacrificing certain features, I'm okay with that.

I'm hoping to find someone with experience creating ROM hacks, who hopefully read through my list of desired features and already knows how to implement all of them. If you're interested, send me a message, let me know about any hacks you've done I could check out, and let me know what you would need in terms of compensation.

To the people who will tell me to do it myself: I hear you. I know these are passion projects and I'm sure I would get something from the experience of figuring it all out on my own. But honestly, I just want to be able to play the game the way I've wanted it to be for the last 14 years and not worry too much about how the sausage gets made.

    Thanks everyone!
