Competitive Battling Idea 1: Umbreon

Baton Passers should always run some kind of offensive move to break Substitutes and deal with Taunt, although Espeon is a much better Baton Passer because it is immune to Taunt and Roar due to Magic Bounce. It's simply too easy for the opponent to set up on Umbreon and sweep you when it runs that set.
 
Much agreed with Vrai up there. You should probably run Payback on that set too in place of Yawn or Mean Look. Either that, or ditch Mean Look for Pursuit so you can hit their forced switch out of Yawn with Pursuit and take a good chunk from them.
 
I also agree but this Umbreon is designed to take a few hits and TRAP THE OPPONENT while setting up. If substituting is a big issue then simply switch out. The strategy is to trap a sweeper in battle, set up until the brink of death, and sweep with a really fast sweeper. Good point though ^_^
