So i know they need to be leveled up and their moves altered..and their stats 'upped'..but any suggestions for moves? or other pokemon or anything? items? tell me whatcha think! :3

A lot of your EVs are not divisible by four, meaning you're wasting extra EVs that could be going in another stat. I suggest going to Smogon and checking out their EVs to get a rough idea of what each Pokémon's EV spread should be.

Garchomp is banned from standard play.

Hyper Beam is a flawed move, especially when you're using it with no STAB boost. It gives the opponent time to set up, which you don't want if it's a big threat. There is no valid reason to use Focus Blast on Lucario when it can learn Aura Sphere. Blissey has the worst Attack in the game, so never give her any physical attacks. SolarBeam and Dig sucks when used without Sunny Day support, like Hyper Beam it gives an easy to switch to stuff like Salamence. Gengar has an awful Attack stat, so no physical attacks are viable except Explosion and Focus Punch (barely).

There really is no strategy here considering that you just slapped a six random Pokémon together with poor movesets. I recommend looking here first for movesets, then you can change around the movesets to your liking.

    T,T what are EV's? i guess i dont understand strategy. thanks :)

oh. ^.^ okay. i see. thanks. so Ev's...they should all be divisible by four?

oh. ^.^ okay. i see. thanks. so Ev's...they should all be divisible by four?
Yep, 4 EVs = 1 stat point, if it isn't divisible by four you need to either EV it until it does, or take away from that stat and add to another since those extra EVs don't add anything to the Pokémon's stat...hopefully that isn't too confusing lol.

Now you know what EV's are, it's fairly simple yes? To train them doesn't require much. Just battling the right pokemon. Plus added items increase the EV's gained, as does Pokerus, the virus vary rarely obtained, increasing stat increases further. Also, team building. A list of all the Pokemon in each tier can be found here. UBER Pokemon are banned in OU, OU pokemon in UU etc.

Now, you need to know what sort of pokemon to have in your team. A sweeping team consists roughly of a set-up pokemon - a pokemon to set up stealth roch, spikes etc. - then at least one Physical sweeper - Pokemon who's speed and attack have been increased via EVs - and at least one Special Sweeper - same as a physical sweeper, but with special attack increased instead of Attack - then a revenge killer - a pokemon who enters when one of your pokemon faints to faint the opposing pokemon. A wall team has around one sweeper, one revenge killer, one set-up (all teams have one) and some Walls. These are POkemon like Blissey, Snorlax who can take lots of hits, and do damage to the opposing pokemon. Tanks are sometimes used in these teams, and sweeping teams, for added strength. Tanks, like Swampert, Metagross can take more hits tham sweepers, but not as many as Walls, while doing significant damage. With these pokemon defense and attack/special attack are usually increased, and not speed.

Held Items form an important part of battles as well. Quite often you'll see poeple using life orbs, and choice scarfs I suppose a couple of the more popular items, and more useful. However, using a choice scarf on your Dragon Dancing Dragonite is stupid (my in-game Dragonite XD). After Dragon Dancing with a choice scarf, you would only be able to dragon dance. Ruins your dragonite, and your hopes of winning. Think carefully when you attach items.

Natures next. Some natures increase one stat and decrease another. Most natures actually. Adamant rases attack, but lowers Sp.Atk so having a pokemon with Special moves with an Adamant Nature would be quite silly really. You'd want Mild to raise Sp.Atk. Natures affect stat gains by a fair bit, 10% is quite a lot. So look at those when building a team as well.

Lastly, look at other's teams, and see how they build theirs, can help you figure out roughly who should do what. Thats about it I think. So good luck!
Also, PM/VM me if you want any other help, and I'm sure I'll be able to :)

^ In a bit of addition to what he said, you can also find some decent tutorials on sites like https://smogon.com/dp/articles https://smogon.com/dp/articles , where you can also find a list of the tiers as well as some competitive strategies for Pokemon in their full Pokedex. Basically all you do is construct a strategy for your team and the Pokemon within it. There are many different teams, like stall teams, hail teams, sandstorm teams, baton pass teams, etc. that rely on a certain set of moves and EV investment. Like said above, certain natures boost a stat by 10% and reduce another by 10%. 4 EVs = 1 stat point for the stat you are investing to. I believe you can find a list of what EVs Pokemon give on Serebii, and you can find where they are located in their Pokedex. Teams all rely on a certain set of Pokemon with moves that you can outlast your opponent with, and natures, EVs, and items are your best tools that you can use against your opponent as well as strategy, because they most certainly will be using everything they can to eliminate you. Try following some of their articles or tutorials on their forum for basic team construction, what the above poster said it also very helpful in constructing a successful team. Invest your EVs and choose your natures wisely and breed well to get your ideal type of Pokemon for your desired strategy.

In case you are new to competitive battling, as it seems you really are, you can also find a list of the clauses in a few places, but not that I know of on Smogon unless you do some digging around on their forums or perhaps on their site. Clauses are some rules that you have to abide when in battle if your opponent shall and yourself shall agree upon using these clauses. Some clauses are used as a standard in most competitive battling, but as long as you and your opponent agree upon it, you can go by whatever clauses you want.
