i wouldn't bolt-beam with a blissey. get a special sweeper to do it, maybe starmie?

also i don't like the haze on gengar. seems like a waste of a move.

flamethrower doesn't really work on mence either. your gengar with thunderbolt will take care of skarmory.

so overall its a good team, few minor problems.
