3rd Gen completely randomized

I have been looking for an hour for a certain rom version of r/s/e that is completely random (trainers names and pokemon, pokemons abilities and moves.) and i cant find it anywhere if somebody could help me find it id greatly appreciate it

We can't distribute ROMs, because that's not good... but you can pick up a regular RSE somewhere (not here) and use https://pokehacks.dabomstew.com/randomizer/ to randomize it.
