i think i like channel of the suns (but because kenny is right you get a 4/4 fatty with a killer effect)
i still think it's more playable i mean cmon 4 mana to cast
    you save 2 manas
you can play like a naturalize with the extra two

technically speaking, as a mana accelerator, the golem wins. the golem essentially stores 5 mana for you to use next turn. If you don't need it, just throw the 4/4 at them. Channel the suns is just a mana accel for 1 more mana, which is very weak for something costing 4 to begin with.

as a mana converter, channel the suns win. It's jsut that golem costs more than what it brings out.

as endurance, the golem wins. I mean, channel the suns is gone after casting, while the golem is still good for attack.

As variety, teh golem wins. It's just so happens that if you don't need the 5 coloured mana, you can still cast the golem to slap your opponent, where channel the suns is a dead card.

As searching, there are just more stuff that searches for creatures than sorceries. So the golem wins there.

Channel the suns is a rare while golem is uncommon.

T&N decks, IMHO, should run the golems instead of the channel the suns because you can T&N for them, meaning T&N won't be as easily a dead card.

So that's how I feel. Golem wins! :P

no kenny channel the suns is an uncommon too
well it really depends how you play it i mean a 4/4 fatty can be easily killed

    lol all suns' dawn
btw it depends if you wanna save mana because i used the golems today and i felt like nothing changed but a 4/4 fatty was in play

but you see it didn't really help me much because my opponent himself had A WHOLE **** LOAD OF CREATURES OUT and it's not like 1 creature would've made a difference

    true....
    verty true.....
but it's outrageous 6 to cast??!

lol yeah but usually i have 1 everytime i get my hand out
    i'm not joking
i have composite in my hand everytime i play some1

more of a curse than a blessing but it does seem to help at times
but only when i have enough mana

    meh..
all in all i think they're equal
kenz i've JUST realised we're like the very 2 people to reply on all the other cards topic

yeah we'll be called the deliquent duo
    (named after a card)

    exactly...
    how about chittering rats
    LOL
