i'm really sorry if i'm wrong and she put that message there before she was banned, but i'm under the impression that a staff member did that out of spite. which i don't think is cool at all. i understand that whoever did this might be mad at her for her later posts, but it goes against PC rules:

Respect every member on the board. You cannot flame a member within your posts or bash people because of their beliefs. Members have no right to change another member's opinion.

it doesn't specifically state that you can't modify other people's signatures to say nasty things, but i would expect that if we can't change other people's opinions, we shouldn't be able to change what they say to something derogatory. i suppose it could be argued that she isn't a member and respect doesn't need to be given to her, but i would expect a higher level of maturity and restraint to be shown by our staff members. (this isn't a criticism directed at the staff as a whole, just at whoever altered the sig and whoever lacked insight enough to grant them power). so, my request is that somebody take out the "(I'm banned? WTFxLOLWTASDFSAD!!!!)" part of her sig. that is all, i'm not going to make a rant thread or anything over it, i just want some respect to be shown to our former president. again, i am very sorry if i just made a fool of myself in case it was actually brit who posted that in her sig.

I'm unsure of why its there, but I'll take it out. However, your sig and avy and usertitle don't show respect either, so I'm politely requesting you change them.

i'll change it so it doesn't look like an acusation, but i still really want my friend, scyther5, unbanned so i think that i'll have to keep the immages (they took me like a half hour to make too).

His ban IS temp you know, same with Brittanys.
I'll let you keep the images, but chances are someone else will take them out and I'll get in trouble... well, thats the worst case scenario. XD

brit's ban was temperary (according to the title) but austin's just said "booted out-don't be like me" which i thought meant he was out for good. but i may be wrong. if you get in trouble, i will hold you in high regards *bows*.

His ban ends on September 21, and Brits ends next Saturday, if that helps any.

that helps a great deal (honestly)... but wow... that's a huge ban... i'm not gonna argue it... but wow... that really is huge, but it's much better than him never coming back. and i must admit, he was a bit out of line. out of curiosity... who was it that put that message in her sig? if you can't tell the board at large, could you please PM me? i promise that i won't flame them or try to murder them.

First of all you shouldint be talking about respect in my eye... As was said your sig doesint show much respect. And to me nether does what you are saying, nine of my friends from other places where banned from here long ago and I NEVER complained. You could have easily PMed the moderators insted of taking this to a thred for other members to think of treating you diffrently after this, I only hope this doesint happen again and I am Fairly shocked at how you where talking in that thred O_O. I have my fair share of people that actualy never came back. So I hope you can just be glad that Syther will ^^ . I liked em too and I hope syther knows a little more when coming back.

Sorry for this posts but I dont like the ideals of speeking about respect that way T_T.

You -really- think a staff member would abuse their power like that? If someone who had the power to edit sigs did anything like that, they wouldn't have that power for much longer. And to answer your question, she put it in herself. And for the thing about how mod was censored in your usertitles, it's always been like that. The words admin and mod have always been censored in usertitles.
