3rd Gen Confused

I just beat the E4, and I am ready to take on the islands, problem is I don't have the slightest idea how to get back to island one. Can someone help me?

Easy, Nick, just go to Vermillion and speak to the sailor on the dock where SS Anne was moored. He'll ask you which island to go to.

If you didn't take up Bill's offer to tour the Sevii Islands, though, go back to Cinnabar, where he'll be waiting for you. He'll take you to Island one, and you can go from there!
