Confused

I know this isn't a pokemon poem.... but I wrote it today and really liked it, so I wanted to share it!! Here goes:

I wish I never met you
I wish I never tried
To make things go my way for once
I wish I would have died.

You make life so confusing
I hate you every way.
I wish I could really say that
But I love you more each day.

Why couldn't you have kept away?
Why did you have to go?
My life sitting here without you
Is as frigid as the snow.

You always make me happy,
You always make my cry.
You make my heart so leaden,
Yet give it wings to fly.

You make everything crazy,
Yet everything is clear.
Can't you see I loath you,
Yet want to hold you here?

I hate the way you make my life,
The fact you never call.
Yet it seems that when I talk to you
It doesn't matter at all.

I wish I'd never met you,
I wish I'd never tried.
But I guess confused is better
Than wishing I had died.
