Connection problems

I am using Windows Messanger and am not experienced with most of it's functions. I was today attempting a voice chat with DFDragonez. However, we tried it twice, and according to her, it came up with the error, "The network or computer you are trying to reach is experiencing a problem. Please try again later." obviously indicating my computer had a problem. Obviously, I am fully capable of text messaging, so I am not certain where the problem is. can anyone help me?

Hmmm... if you're using windows XP go to "Control Panel", then click on "Add Remove Programs" on the left hand side, then go down to "Add/Remove Windows Components".

When your there, highlight "Networking Services" then click on details when a new window opens, make sure "Universal Plug and Play" is enabled, if not check the box and click ok.
