These are all the cards i own, could anyone tell me how to make a decent deck out of these cards?
You can also add a few cards that i dont have but make sure that they are relatively easy to get.

Can't help you without the sets because saying you have a wurmple card could mean any number of 15 cards

Just put a bunch of Pokemon of the same type in a deck, a bunch of energies, and all the Trainers you have, and voila, you have a deck.

If you mean a deck that can do well outside of your little brother, well, that's something else...
