It's been a while since I've done something like this, so don't take it as gospel.
Dragonite
item: focus sash
nature: adamant
extremespeed
dragon dance
dragon claw
earthquake
I don't understand what it is you are trying to do here. The Focus Sash implies that you are expecting to go up against pokemon that will inevitably one-hit kill you, yet you have Dragon Dance, which will eat at the precious time Focus Sash affords. If you plan to switch into an enemy expecting them to switch out and set up with the free turn, then I would recommend you swap the Dance with something slightly more offensive, such as Fire/Thunder/Ice Punch, Brick Break, or Superpower to give you better type coverage against the pokemon they will switch in.
Dusknoir
item: leftovers
Nature: relaxed
Fire punch
shadow punch
will-O-wisp
trick room
With the Will-O-wisp, Relaxed nature, and leftovers, I would naturally assume you are building him to mess with physical carries. The problem lies in that Fire Punch and Shadow Punch, on an offensively weak pokemon such as Dusknoir, is wasting his potential. Night Shade, which is not based on stats, would be infinitely better. As for Fire Punch, I would recommend swapping it out for Destiny Bond, if you plan to keep Trick Room, for a surprise kill on enemy sweeper switch in or if you know you won't last much longer. It's also possible to mess around with Mean Look with Curse / Confuse Ray to lock them in a situation they don't want to be in or apply Taunt to prevent walls and baton passers from taking advantage of your low offense and setting up.
As it is, Dusknoir is trying to be two things, one of which he has very little natural talent in and the other of which is being brought down by his attempts at the other.
Gallade
item: focus sash
Nature: admant
Bluk up
Psycho cut
Night Slash
Close Combat
Gallade has the Focus Sash problem Dragonite does, although I can imagine that, in Gallade's case, this is acceptable due to his frailty and allows him to switch in even on a beefed up enemy sweeper. Leaf Blade is recommended over Night Slash, primarily due to its higher base damage and the better type coverage it will offer (particularly against water or rock/ground types, in this case). If you want to get a set-up Gallade with Bulk Up, it may be more prudent to swap Close Combat for Drain Punch to take advantage of the bonus damage and increased survivability, but this limits your ability to swap in on an enemy sweeper and deal high damage (which Close Combat would allow).
And that's about all the pokemon I will comment on at this time. The team as a whole is lacking the ability to effectively deal with stallers or water-type pokemon with ice-type moves (common on such pokemon). If you change Scizor to Forretress, you are losing a damage-dealer for yet another physical-defense heavy pokemon that won't offer enough pressure for the enemy team. Switching Dragonite for Salamence might not be a bad idea, but I would still suggest addressing the issues I pointed out above when making that adjustment.
