Counter to trickroom

    I was thinking of breeding a trickroom Bronzong, and was just wondering what the counters to it are. Not too worried about EVs as the guys I play with don't bother with them either.

    Bronzong/Adamant
    Levitate
    @Leftovers

    Gyro Ball
    Earthquake
    Trickroom
    Explosion

    Basically I plan to start out with him, trickroom straight away, then EQ/Gyro depending on my opponent. Then once enough health has been knocked off the bronzong, I use explosion.

    I was just wondering what counters trick room...i.e. does Haze cancel it out etc etc.

    You should care about EVs if you intend to survive in Competative play. Bronzong is not supposed to have Earthquake. Haze does not cancel out Trick Room, however.
     
    Nononono. Adamant on Zong is bad.

    Use this:

    Bronzong @ Leftovers
    Nature: Sassy(+S.Def,-Spd)
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 252 Hp, 40 Atk, 216 Def
    - Gyro Ball
    - Stealth Rock
    - Trick Room
    - Earthquake/Reflect/Hypnosis
     
    EQ is on Bronzong to stop Magenzone from pwning it. You might want Hypnosis.
     
    Just because we have all said none of us can be bothered, so I wouldn't want to have an "unfair" advantage...unwritten rule if you will.

    Incidentally can I breed my metagross (with explosion and earthquake) with my bronzong and get a bronzong with Earthquake and explosion. The fact they are genderless make things a bit confusing.

    Ummm... you can only breed genderless Pokemon with Dittos.

    If you tried to breed Bronzong with Metagross, you'll be waiting a looooong time to get an egg.
     
    Even if I put on some mood music and a nice candle lit supper? :p
