    Okay im raiseing a CounterCoat Swampert and was woundering what moves it should have

    This is just my opinion, but you should teach it a strong STAB attack move (like Earthquake/Waterfall/Surf) and a defensive move (a barrier like Reflect/a protection like... Protect/a set-up like Stealth Rock).

    I'd recommend you to EV train it in Def/Sp.Def/HP, maybe in equal amounts. If you don't, you'd certainly need a Focus Sash.
