Creating a Forum Theme?

    I've been looking around at the different forum themes that people have made for the website, and I would love to create one. I just don't know how, unfortunately. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could tell me how to? Maybe if I donate I can, I don't really know.

    I wouldn't want to give you all the trouble, but that would be amazing if you could! I want to give as much to the community as I can and making a forum theme would be my first step! Thank you so much!
