I am trying to make a CSS signature but cant - please can someone tell me how - or preferably help me out?

Don't rush it, kid.
Believe me, it takes a while to learn to use it properly (and so browsers can parse the code correctly), so don't rush. Just practice with what you know.
Just some advice, but it does help. :3

Also, don't expect to be great at it right away.
