    Like with Snarl Zoroark. I'm just postin this for everyone's convienence. This started Yesterday, but it lasts until March 1st. In the next issue of nintendo power they are releasing a Password for us to be able to download a Dream World Ability Banette.

    I don't know if you have to enter it in the actual Dream World Promotion page. Odds are you do. But this is the first Random Pokemon Download for the US. Its a good sign for the future~

    Posted here because you have to have Black and White to Download the Banette......Maybe we can have a Promotion Thread in the near future to post when new Promotions and Giveaways are being done?
     
    FINALLY, A NON C-GEAR PROMOTION

    Meh. Imo, they should've done a better ghost type pokemon for Halloween like Chandelure or Gengar... Regardless, i'm still definitely gonna get once the password gets released.

    I doubt it would become active enough to remain as a discussion, since events don't always come in very fast. There could be a sticky for promotions/giveaways so whenever there's a need to revive the discussion of events, you could always go ahead and do so, but it would barely be active enough (if you remember, the event thread in the DPPt board - which no longer exists) to keep as a sticky, and would rather be a waste of space in stickies. So I think it would be best to keep event discussions in separate threads and plus, my FAQ has an updated list of events to help!

    ASIDE FROM THAT, I think Banette's a really cute Pokémon and although not the best Ghost type it is suitable for a Halloween giveaway like this. Cursed Body is a pretty decent Dream World ability too!
     
    I don't get the events directly from the giveaway, I get them from other people so I'm not really bothered about this. It fits well with the holiday though, although I feel it could of started in October, lol. I agree with DoctorFred that there should of been a different DW giveaway, though.
     
    Banette will also be given away in Japan now, well, not now, but that has been announced now. XD Actually, 28th of September is when Japan's will be up on Global Link.

    It's a nice idea for Halloween but as mentioned there could be better Pokemon and it could be for more than US. :x If it somehow is distributed eventually through Australian DW I'll probably go on GL just to get it.

    Banette is based on a doll, and I assume Cotton Guard is like the stuffing. Anyways I hope it comes to Australia. Even though it won't because everyone hates to give Australia things.
     
    I got it yesterday! The code is on serebii. i love it its lvl 37 and female. Does anyone else here a billion baby shuppets on wifi?
     
    Just letting you guys know that DW Banette is now being distributed throughout Europe. :)
    ...still not Australia though!
     
    eh? well that's odd. i just saw my friend today n he showed me the banette in the entralink forest n mentioned it was an event but i didnt i ask how he got it!? i had no idea it was an event until i went to log into gl n saw the news o.o' daaaangit T^T

    We're relying on Australia to have these events so we could get them as well!
