[Tool] Custom in-trade pokemon/gift pokemon in Gen 3

    Hi, community:

    In Nameless Firered Project, I noticed that the Magikarp bought for $500 was completely customized (shiny with custom moves).
    So that got me thinking: Is it possible to customize Gen 3 in-game pokemon trades or customize gifted pokemon with a tool or script?
    I've been searching around, but the closest tool I've found (Trader Advanced) tweaks basics.
    Part of the inquiry is to see if I can tweak or recreate event pokemon like the Surfing Pikachu.
