I think that chimchar is the cutest ^^ I actually choose him as my starter to becuase it's so darn cute Shinx comes in second place if that counts for anything.

Like some other people said, some of these Pokemon don't belong on this list, like Croagunk, why would anyone think a frog's cute ? (no offenese), but I think frogs are ugly
