WHAAAAAT! I've never seen a cycling road in Johto! You might be thinking about HGSS's Cycling Road that was located in Kanto.
This.
Johto doesn't actually have its own Cycling Road. In the game, the only cycling road is found in Kanto. That said, please use the HG/SS Help Thread for further questions.
