    Ok so, I have Pearl and I defeated elite four and I did everything there was to do. I then restarted and realized that I had no clue on what to do when you get to the part where you have the psyducks on the road. I realize that you have to give them the potion you get from cynthia but I have no Idea where cynthia is and how to get to her. Help please!
     
    Get the fourth badge (Pastoria City). When you leave the gym, walk out, and talk to the Galactic Grunt next to the Safari Zone. He'll stop, talk to you, then run. Chase him all the way to the lake, he'll battle you, and once you defeat him Cynthia will come to the entrance of the lake and talk to you. She'll say stuff about the lake then give you the potions for the group of Psyduck.
