5th Gen Cynthia to be battled in B/W?

I noted something interesting while in the Spriters Resource. While in the B/W Trainers section, I went down to the bottom and found Cynthia's sprite. What do you think this means? o.O

Yes you can verse her. She visits Isshu and battles you.
