    Sorry guys. i really don't know where to post this. But anyways, so far I've beaten the elite four up until Cynthia. I am currently saved in front of her room, should i give up and train, or should i keep trying till i win?
    (Game=Pearl)

    Here is my team right now:
    Weavile-@Wide Lens-slash/fury swipes/swords dance/Faint Attack
    Gengar-@Shell Bell-focus blast/Shadow Ball/Thunderbolt/Destiny bond
    Golduck-@Wise Glasses-surf/ice beam/waterfall/dig
    Staraptor-@Metronome-Fly/Brave Bird/U-Turn/Close Combat
    Roserade-@Big Root-Sludge Bomb/Stun Spore/Giga Drain/Leech Seed

    Useful Items:
    Revive x10
    Hyper Potion x3
    Ful Heal x5
     
    I would suggest you give up and train. You need a few changes to your team.
    Weavile needs Night Slash over Faint Attack and some kind of Ice type move over Fury Swipes. Preferably a physical one, but if that's not possible, make sure it's strong. The rest of your team is OK, but I would suggest shadow ball and energy ball for Roserade if possible. And if none of that works get another team member.
     
    Hm. What level are your Pokemon right now?

    You don't really need to make changes as this is just an in-game team.
    If your Pokemon are about 45-60, you should be fine.

    Ehhh..... 45 might be cutting it a little close, I would say more like 50+ is good (I barely managed to pull it off at 55, but the only ice type move I had was on my Empoleon, which kept getting pwned by Garchomp's Earthquake.
     
    Ok I'm going to reveiw this by Cynthia's teams standerds.

    Spiritomb = Gengar with Destiny Bond. (Destiny Bond can be used for ANY of Cynthia's pokemon keep in mind. Or Weavile Set Up Fodder.

    Roserade = Staraptor is your best bet, though give Staraptor a better item.

    Milotic = Buy more revives and Leech Seed Stall this thing with Roserade. Once you get Leech Seed on it a good stall method is to use Staraptor to U-Turn into Golduck and because of AI she will use Surf for more damage. Then to predict the Dragon Pulse go back into Staraptor. And Repeat

    Lucario = Staraptor might be able to Close Combat if it survives.

    Gastrodon = Roserade

    Garchomp = Get a Heart Scale and get Ice Shard for Weavile. Use Ice Shard, Weavile will die, then revive Weavile and repeat.
