After some heavy thought, I thought I'd try something completely crazy. So let's see how this works.

    Bronzong @ Leftovers
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 192 HP / 96 Atk / 88 Def / 48 SAtk / 84 SDef
    Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
    - Stealth Rock
    - Gyro Ball
    - Charge Beam
    - Grass Knot
This is actually a Bronzong set a friend of mine showed me, and I apparently became attached to it, and now I'm wanting to try it out for myself. (With a few EV Modifications of course)
Gyro Ball is Gyro Ball, Charge Beam Damages Gyarados a little bit, while Grass Knot handles Swampert and Claydol.

    Snorlax @ Leftovers
    Ability: Thick Fat
    EVs: 172 HP / 40 Atk / 120 Def / 176 SDef
    Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
    - Curse
    - Crunch
    - Earthquake / Return
    - Rest
Special Tank. Absorbs Status and Fire Attacks.

    Heracross @ Choice Scarf
    Ability: Guts
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Close Combat
    - Megahorn
    - Stone Edge
    - Pursuit
In-takes Willy Wisps and Toxics. Smacks fleeing Dusknoirs and Alakazams hard with Pursuit.

    Porygon-Z @ Life Orb / Leftovers / Lum Berry
    Ability: Adaptability
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Tri Attack
    - Thunderbolt
    - Ice Beam
    - Dark Pulse / Nasty Plot
Special Sweeper. If I'm clever enough, I could pull a Nasty Plot and penetrate right past Sp. Tanks, especially Blissey.

Dragonite @ Leftovers / Lum Berry
    Ability: Inner Focus
    EVs: 120 HP / 204 Atk / 184 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Dragon Dance
    - Earthquake
    - Stone Edge
    - Outrage / Dragon Claw
Final Sweeper. Basically cleans up what Heracross and Porygon-Z doesn't.

    Claydol @ Leftovers
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 248 HP / 136 Def / 124 SAtk
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Land Power
    - Ice Beam
    - Rapid Spin
    - Light Screen
    Rapid Spin.

And there's my team. No weird science, no fancy little experimentations this time, just basic tanks and sweepers. Feedback is appreciated.

    *awaits the usual Samson disciplinary*

Looks pretty good...I'd say outrage on D-nite...its power is unmatched. For some reason, I really like that bronzong set, would catch people by surprise. Your team looks pretty solid.

whats the point of rapid spin when your sweepers could kill a spikes or binding pokemon easily

oh and why charge beam can bronzong learn tbolt if not then ignore this

Uh, no. Rapid spinners are pretty much needed on every team, unless they are very resistant to SR and spikes. I wouldn't say it's easy to kill steelix or skarmory either...

EDIT: I see cakekun beat me to the cut.

oh sorry didnt take skarmory into account and i would have an elemental punch if a phys sweeper i had would definitely run into skarmory

Who needs an elemental punch? Earthslide is a nice combo for Dnite, and the others can't learn the punches or make good use of them...but that didn't make sense. It's BAD if you run into skarm, that's why many people use stuff like fire blast on garchomp...

Charge Beam comes with the ability to increase Special Attack, which Thunderbolt can't do

Plus Bronzong's attack aint that great, it wont make much difference between Charge Beam and Thunderbolt in the long run

    Claydol @ Leftovers
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 248 HP / 136 Def / 124 SAtk
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Land Power
    - Ice Beam
    - Rapid Spin
    - Light Screen/Rest
    Rapid Spin.

Claydol makes a great dual wall, but he has many, many weaknesses. Although, with a few Special Defense EVs, he can take weaker Surfs and Grass attacks. In fact, my Claydol has even survived a Draco Meteor (barely) from SpecsMence. Here's my EV set:

    236 HP, 136 SpAtk, 108 Def, 30 SpDef

I tend to prefer Earthquake over Earth Power (and those 136 EVs in Attack) so that Blissey doesn't completely wall you, but Heracross scares Blissey away plenty. If you want more wall Claydol, perhaps a bit more Defense/SpDefense and a bit less SpAttack.

Also, consider Rest over Light screen. You'll want to keep your Rapid Spinner alive, and all walls should have some form of recovery.

Posting to say you should consider Night Slash over Pursuit for Hera. Base 70 dark damage with high rate of Crit

Meh, pursuit is for pokemon like dusknoir who would switch out once hera came in...but night slash also works. It's a matter of personal preference, I prefer pursuit.

Heracross causes a switch, so therefore, Pursuit is smart. =/

grass knot on bronzong is actually quite good. i've had my swampert get KOd by a bronzong with it once... that was a sad event =/. now charge beam, that's definitely novelty. if you feel that gyarados is definitely a threat, then i say keep it. i personally prefer explosion on any bronzong for halting points in a battle. although, gyro ball + paralyze should do more than enough damage. gyro ball is just not as promising on bronzong when it already has charge beam + grass knot to take care of things that walls him as a wall. i dunno, i suppose it's just preference.

i'd go with return + crunch. i'm sure those 2 cover a majority of types, but aside from that, STAB is nice.

i wouldn't give porygon max speed with timid. i'd give it about 116-140 hp evs and put the rest in speed and give it chople berry. that way, it can use nasty plot, survive a hit, and start some real sweeping. choice scarf is much preferred on porygon-z because, as you've showed, fighting types with choice scarf is very popular, especially heracross, who is quite bulky himself.

ah dragonite. i'd just give him yache berry so that he can successfully pull of 2 DDs, or survive an ice beam for the second killing. also, i used a full physical DDoutrage set on dragonite before, and found it very ineffective. i'd get rid of stone edge and replace it with flamethrower/fire blast so that he isn't walled in the toughest situations. also, change nature to Brave if you decide to go with a special move XD. i know you don't want -SPD, but after 2 DDs, it doesn't make much of a difference (well now that i think about it, Surf is probably safer than Flamethrower as donphan does have ice shard).

love the claydol... XD my set is identical. the evs are hardly different.

Wait. Yache Berry makes him Survive an Ice Beam once, but ceratinly not twice. Unless they're switching out to use Ice Beam.

yes but after a DD, he's faster and WILL kill with Outrage or Earthquake.

also, you must consider that you bring him in, and the person will switch in a counter. that turn they switch, you use DD. so let's say it's a weavile. use dd again, and then OHKO it with outrage on the next turn. also, sometimes it really comes in handy if they expect you to switch out and predict another move and it does very little to dragonite. that then gives you another turn to use DD and then start sweeping.

    TEEEEEKKKKKK

Anyway, I run Pursuit on Hera since Dusknoir is prone to Willy Wisping anything I use. So for that purpose, I send it in on Dusk, it Willy Wisps the Cross, then I launch a Pursuit in its desperate attempt to switch (because trust me, people will be anticipating Night Slash from Hera anyway), and I hit him for extra points.

Yeah I think I'll run with that. Taking into account that Crunch + Return will hit everything except Steel. But that's noted.

Hmm, gotta think on that one. The 300 Speed kind of is important to me. Gonna think heavily on that one.

    NOTED! =D

Also, I might do Fire Blast instead of Stone Edge, considering the fact that I have NOTHING to attack Steel Types (specifically Skarmory, Metagross, and Forretress). If I by chance decide on Brave Nature, perhaps I might take my chances and run with Salamence, seeing as it has a bit more Speed to handle a Brave Nature.
