Okay, what is up with most of your EV spreads? They are just aaaa. Especially for the offensive ones, and even moreso in the rain. They want to strike as hard as they can and as quickly as they can before the rain wears out, so putting defensive EVs into your attackers is useless. Both Ludicolo and Gorebyss want 252 SpA/252 Spe/4 HP for UU.

The bad EVs still apply to your walls. However, I'm just going to quote aragorn since he's explained it a thousand times XD

How to EV a Pokemon defensively

If Pokemon's HP < Defense/Sp Defense, max out HP first
    Examples: Shuckle, Dusknoir, Bronzong

If Pokemon's HP > Defense/Sp Defense, max out Defense and/or Sp Defense first
    Examples: Blissey, Snorlax, Wobbuffet

If Pokemon's HP is equal or nearly equal to Defense/Sp Defense, max out HP first
    Example: Celebi, Jirachi, Nidoqueen

Example: Let's take 2 Spiritombs with the same IVs and the same level. Spiritomb 1 will have max HP EVs and the rest split in both defenses. Spiritomb 2 will have max EVs in both defenses and only 4 in HP.

    Spiritomb 1 with 252 HP / 140 Def / 116 SpDef (neutral nature)
    Spiritomb 2 with 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SDef (neutral nature)

Here's how much damage they will take from the following attacks:

STAB Earthquake from Pokemon with 300 Attack:

    Spritomb 1: 36.8% - 43.8%
    Spritomb 2: 42.6% - 50.8%

STAB Flamethrower from Pokemon with 300 Special Attack:

    Spritomb 1: 35.9% - 42.8%
    Spritomb 2: 40.9% - 48.3%

As you can see, Spiritomb 1 takes less damage from both Special and Physical attacks than Spiritomb 2 even though Spiritomb 2 has more EVs in both defenses. This shows you how important HP is for a wall that has less HP than defenses.

That works even better since he used Spiritomb xD Point being, you need to re-EV Spiritomb. If you want to pack a little bit of a punch with it, use 208 HP/184 Atk/116 SpD, or if you just want complete defenses use 252 HP/140 Def/116 SpD. This also applys to Uxie, who wants an EV spread of 252 HP/252 Def/4 Atk.

Moving past EVs, I don't understand why you aren't using Kabutops, whom is easily the best physical sweeper under the rain.

    Kabutops@Life Orb
    Swift Swim
    Adamant Nature
    112 HP/252 Atk/144 Spe

    • Swords Dance
    • Waterfall
    • Stone Edge
    • Aqua Jet
With the rain, you have enough Speed EVs to outspeed timid scarf Rotom, and the HP EVs give you a little more bulk. Use this over Floatzel.

For Uxie, other than changing the EV Spread, Thunder is pretty much a terrible move for it. It can support your team well, but just use TWave and U-Turn, leaving out Thunder.

    tl;dr:

    • Fix all of the awful EV spreads
    • Kabutops>Floatzel
    • Ditch Altaria
    • Fix Uxie's moveset

Alright well, i'm not to sure on the spreads that your suggesting. Especially gorebyss my point was that i could take hit's if it did not one hit KO which it mostly does..
Oh believe me, i used kabutops, and i honestly did not like it being part rock.
Yeah uxie's easy, i thought thunder wave would benefit me more.
Ludicolo's spread is actually wrong, i have two believe it or not. The other is a full fledged attacker.
My spreads on the defense is or was there to help take hits.
I'll try your suggestions, bar kabutops and let you know.

Also reminds me, i don't necessarily have a defensive pokemon, so i was compensating ha.

Rain Dance teams aren't supposed to be defensive: They're about doing as much damage as you can as quickly as you can. Even with EVs, Gorebyss isn't taking any hits, period. And if you're dead set on using Floatzel, use Aqua Jet over Aqua Tail so you have some priority in there for when the Rain isn't up.

Spiritomb *cough* lack of resistances too.

I strongly recommend that you change Floatzel to Kabutops, as Jake said. If your adamant on not using Kabutops, you may want to try a Qwilfish instead, who packs Explosion to take out some troublesome pokemon on your opponents team.

Secondly, I want you to try out Dugtrio over Spiritomb. I don't see much purpose of a defensive Spiritomb in a fast paced offensive Rain team, as it slows down momentumn. Furthermore, 5/6 of your pokemon get screwed royally by Chansey, and a smart user will switch them out of Ambipom and Floatzel anyway. Registeel also provides some problems for this team, being able to take a hit and cripple your sweepers. Dugtrio can trap and remove these pokemon, giving your sweepers a much easier time doing what they love doing, killing stuff. If you put Substitute on it, you can even beat Toxicroak, who gives all rain teams problems in general thanks to priority and Dry Skin. You can throw Pursuit on to hit fleeing enemies if you wish, but it's generally better to avoid Sucker Punch and status on Duggy.

The last thing I want you to do is to ditch Thunder on Uxie and put both U-turn and Thunder wave on it. Uxies attacking stats are unfortunately pitiful to be making a good mark on enemies, it's best suited to supporting and setting up your heavy hitters.

I can't think of anything good to substitute in to abuse Thunder in the rain, unless your willing to throw it over Gorebyss or Ludicolo. Lanturn is pretty good, and can set up Rain again. Never the less, nice team you got.
