I know they aren't really legal/used anymore, but I had some questions about the pokemon with "Dark" before their name.

The new rules said 4 pokemon with the same name in a deck. Does that mean I could have 4 dark ivysaur, and 4 regular ivysaur?

Also, could I evolve my dark ivysaur into a regular venusaur, or evolve my ivysaur into a Dark Venusaur?

Yes - you could have 4 Dark Ivysaur and 4 Ivysaur, because they have different names.

No. Venusaur specifically says "Evolves from Ivysaur" and Dark Venusaur says "Evolves from Dark Ivysaur".
