Who told you that? All nurse joys are related... the name joy isnt a first name its a family name and it is started they are all reitives. So even if a joy got married... their baby will the the same as the mother... the cycle goes on... and on... and on... XD

It has been said in the anime. The nurse Joy of Viridian is the sister in law(no blood relationship) to the nurse Joy of Pewter city. So how are they meant to look alike when that happens?
