DBZ Budokai: The Tournament of Kings

This takes place just after teh end of the DBZ series. The Z warriors are finally enjoying an interlude of peace. But they don't know how shortlived that peace is...

The balance between good and evil is very fragile. For millenia it has been in favor of teh good side. But now the scales are tipping. Supreme Kai, while filing through the laws of other world, discovered a most drastic and terrible law.

Every 100 thousand years, ever soul within HFIL and Other World is released and brought back to life on teh mortal plane. At teh beginning of the destined year, the warriors of good and evil, those resurrected and those already alive, will battle it out for one year. At the end of that time, whichever side has teh most warriors still alive would be victorious, and shift teh balance of good and evil to their side. The Supreme Kai fearfully relays this to the Z Warriors of Earth, letting them know that that day of reckoning would be upon them in three years on new years day. Teh Z warriors must trian hard, for if they lost, it wouldn't jsut mean the end of earth. It would be the end of teh universe as they know it...

THE RULES:
1. no powerplaying
2. no overly powerful characters
3. NO irrational behavior

You can be either a villain, existing or newly created, or a Z warrior, existing or newly created. For powerlevel, sicne it got rather discrete and vague later in teh show, the power level of your character should be on a ratio of 1-10. If you are a newly created character, you may be either revived from HFIL or Other World or a hidden power on earth.

personality: He is very ruthless and cold. He is seemingly emotionless and has no problem with killing anyone. He was made to be a fusion of Vegeta and Future Trunks, but when defeated, he changed himself and gave himself to the shadows, becoming even colder.

personally, I would give Buu a 9. Sicne he's definitely stronger than most other z warriors.

Personality: Happy go lucky and carefree, but very serious in times of crisis.
Abilities: Super Sayain, SSJ 2, SSJ3, kamehameha, Warp kamehameha, Dragon Fist, Instant Transmission, Spirit Bomb.
Power level: I'd class him with Buu at about a 9.
